JOIN THE FESTIVE FUN!
For the second year running, I am excited to invite all primary school children within my constituency to enter a competition to design my 2026 Christmas card.
The theme is ‘North Somerset pets and animals at Christmas', and children can use paint, collage, pencils, crayons, etc, but no glitter please! The full rules are included on the second page of the entry form.
The deadline for the competition is the end of Tuesday 17th November – all entries need to be received by my office by then.
We are asking local primary schools to coordinate entries, but children are also welcome to send entries to us directly if easier. The postal and email address are detailed on the entry form.
Sponsors and Prizes
This competition has been generously sponsored by Magna Pharmacy. Our printing is supported by Quay Digital printers in Portishead.
There will be a range of prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize. 1st prize is a family ticket, kindly provided by Noah's Ark Zoo Farm. The creators of the top 10 entries and their parent/carer will also be invited to a special hot chocolate reception with me during December, and the winning entries will be displayed in my office in the House of Commons.
I look forward to seeing all the wonderful artwork, and sending the winning design to my friends this Christmas!
